Training Equipment

Body weight training Dumbbells / cable machines TRX suspension trainers Bosu trainers / exercise balls Medicine balls Treadmill / bike / speed ladders The great outdoors! (benches, steps, trees etc)

Sessions generally last up to 1 hour, however, longer/shorter sessions can also be accommodated. 30 minutes sessions are very effective for those short on time and believe me you'll get a workout!
